Where to see late cherry blossom around Tokyo?

hihi,

Thank you for allowing this post. The youtube and website uploads were very helpful.

I have some basic query, my wife and I will be arriving in Tokyo this Sunday (April 23) and we are wondering where is the best place to spot cherry blossoms at this time – I think we missed the peak though.

We also plan to pack light, how is the weather there now?

Also, any suggestions on where to visit and things to do? We are from the Philippines, btw.

Most of the normal cherry blossom will have passed by the 23rd.
